| Had to race against Mt Plesant today. Great race and I ran the 1600,800,3200. I thought it was going to be a good race but turns out Eli( mt. Plesant) didnt want to go out so I ran 4:59. We swept their team in the 1600. Then in the 800 I ran 2:15. In the 3200, we took it easy because they withdrew all their runners since I guess they didnt want to run because we beat them already. So at the end we did the Mobot with all of my three friends: Darrick, John and Andrew. we beat Mt Plesant by 25 pts and it was a great race. Before the races I ate clif bar, madeline, dumplings and pasta from school. I drank gatorade and water.

| 8x65 m sprint with this cord that pushes forward like we are going down hill. 4x 400s and after each one walk a 400 and then 40 min run we literally jog really slow cos we were sooo tired and hungry cos practive was at 11 today. I was also sick today with headache.

| Getting ready for Alisal meet cause I want to PR in everything since I hardly go to any invites and this will be my last one until league finals. So we did 18 x100s on the under 16 and 30 second rest after everyone 1. We did 3 sets of 6 of these and it felt good. After this ran a 400m working on my form. This was a light workout to get us ready for the Invite.

| Today was a race day and we came very late to the race in Salinas. However, they moved the meet back and I didn't know so we warmed up really early. It was a little chilly but rest of the day was windy. First, I ran the 3200 and this I just ran first 6 lap with two people. I basically was cruising and the first mile was 5:10. Then, when the second mile came along , I picked it up a bit and stayed with this north Salinas guy. However, I couldn't stay with him because I started throwing up. However, that was really slow for me and I ran 10:24. Then, I ran the 1600 with 30 mins rest and I stayed with everyone and when I got to the last lap I felt like I could win it so I pushed but Patrick from Aptos just killed it at the 200 so I went for it too. I ran a 4:51 and at the 800 it was like 2:23 - 2:25. Then, I ran the 800 with the time of 2:16 and the 400 with the time of 1:00. |

| Last race of the race so sad,but I improved pretty darn happy. I ran 1600 in 4:45 and my 3200 in 10:15/ Felt dead for 3200 and felt like cramp probably wasnt though. I want to get faster so hopefully I can work on my speed and run more during the summer. One thing i need to work on is to not be lazy.
