Ran easy bcos league finals tmrw hopeful i make it to BVAL and I am running the 1600 and 800 tmrw. Hopefully my goal is to run 4:40 and 2:10.Today was prerace and my hip hurts a little and it feels better. ran 25minutes.

Last race of the race so sad,but I improved pretty darn happy. I ran 1600 in 4:45 and my 3200 in 10:15/ Felt dead for 3200 and felt like cramp probably wasnt though. I want to get faster so hopefully I can work on my speed and run more during the summer. One thing i need to work on is to not be lazy.

Ran to Alum Rock today and did it in 33:12. After I went to Umoja track club since I will be doing track with them and I ran 2x300s first one was 45 and then 43. After we did 6x80s to work on our turnover.
