Getting ready for Alisal meet cause I want to PR in everything since I hardly go to any invites and this will be my last one until league finals. So we did 18 x100s on the under 16 and 30 second rest after everyone 1. We did 3 sets of 6 of these and it felt good. After this ran a 400m working on my form. This was a light workout to get us ready for the Invite.
